In the long river of history, the fusion and sublimation of earth and fire accompanied our ancestors from ancient ignorance to civilization. Longquan celadon boasts a long history of porcelain making, a wide distribution range, numerous production regions, and a profound influence on the world's porcelain making history, ranking first. As a representative of Chinese celadon during the Song, Yuan, and Ming dynasties, Longquan Kiln showcased the "beauty of celadon" to the extreme, from ordinary people's homes to royal court courtyards; From the vast desert to the blue waves of the South China Sea, from the Pamir Plateau to the coastal ports, the heartwarming verdant touch of Longquan kiln porcelain can be seen everywhere. During the hundreds of years from the 12th to 15th centuries, Longquan celadon was sold along the vast "Maritime Silk Road" to numerous countries and regions in Asia, Africa, and Europe, while also spreading advanced porcelain making technology to various regions. It led the fashion of ceramics in the world at that time and also guided the direction of ceramic production in different regions of the world. As a symbol of national strength and cultural prosperity in China, Longquan celadon has crossed the ocean, ushering in its era of globalization and promoting communication and integration between Chinese and world civilizations. Longquan celadon was first fired in the early Northern Song Dynasty, and its peak period was from the Southern Song to the Yuan Dynasty. The number of porcelain kilns increased exponentially, and the quality of its products improved. In the middle of the Southern Song Dynasty, the famous pink and blue glaze was fired, and the types of utensils were more diverse, especially the Li type furnace, the pile shaped dragon tiger cover jar, the double ear bottle, and the Bagua furnace as typical utensils. The objects have a grayish white body color, moist enamel, and diverse shapes. While producing white body celadon, they also imitate black body objects from official kilns. The furnace has a folded edge, a short neck, a flat and round abdomen, and three legs below. The shoulders are adorned with a raised string pattern, and the abdomen is adorned with three raised straight lines corresponding to the three feet. Apply green glaze throughout the body, revealing a sauce yellow color at the bottom of the three legs. The glaze color of this furnace is typical plum green, green and elegant. The three prismatic lines protruding from the furnace belly to the feet were originally decorative patterns modeled after bronze ware. Due to the thin glaze layer at the protruding area, it was light white, forming a decorative effect of veins. Several regular white lines were exposed in the emerald like glaze color, which was particularly eye-catching. This furnace is modeled after a bronze tripod, hence it is also known as a tripod type furnace and is a top-notch masterpiece of Longquan Kiln. This Longquan Kiln tripod has high collection value and cultural value.
