圣旨,是指中国封建社会时皇帝下的命令或发表的言论。是中国古代帝王权力的展示和象征,其轴柄质地按官员品级不同,严格区别:一品为玉轴,二品为黑犀牛角轴,三品为贴金轴,四品和五品为黑牛角轴。 圣旨的材料十分考究,均为上好蚕丝制成的绫锦织品,图案多为祥云瑞鹤,富丽堂皇。圣旨两端则有翻飞的银色巨龙作为防伪标志。作为历代帝王下达的文书命令及封赠有功官员或赐给爵位名号颁发的诰命或敕命,圣旨颜色越丰富,说明接受封赠的官员官衔越高。此道圣旨为黄色绢本,由右至左直写,右首绣有“奉天承运”四字,左侧绣有颁旨时间“雍正三年十月八日”。开头为“奉天承运,皇帝诏曰”,圣旨上盖有皇家方形印章,内容用楷书书写,字体工整端正,行文简洁流畅,该藏品是中华民族的瑰宝,我大中华以文治国,历朝历代的皇帝都很重视国家文书的写作,尤其是圣旨,都是由著名文学家起草,并经几番修订才能颁行天下的。很多圣旨都是骈文,措辞非常典雅精美,比如:“君虚中以求治,实赖股肱之任臣;拜手以陈谟,必恃学力之精。尔毕仲游,学贯经史,才通世务,属文切事,搜罗尽古今之秘,陈善有据,赓歌佐社稷之光。”“尔毕矩乃翰林学士,毕諴之父,其性之义,其行之良,允文允武,四方之纲,庆延乃子,翰墨奇香,甚悼尔之,弗躬者也。是宜褒编,以彰潜德。”字里行间无不透着中华文化。此清代雍正年圣旨收藏价值和文化价值。
